Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in New York NY. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients by addressing inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear solutions

  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company products services and procedures

  • Deliver exceptional service while meeting performance goals and KPIs

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
