Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Jersey City NJ. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and enjoy working in a collaborative fast-paced environment. The Customer Support Assistant will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently
Assist with order processing account updates and general support tasks
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality assurance
Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for process improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable and organized with a positive attitude
