About the Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a Head of School for the Information Communication and Technology school.
In this combined leadership and practising Academic position the successful candidate will ensure the Schools contribution to the University strategy and its initiatives remains high and a collaborative and constructive culture flourishes.
As Head of School you will bring vision and energy to pursue our ambitious strategic goals while being deeply rooted in our communities and committed to fostering a culture of collaboration within the School. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Schools research learning and teaching internationalisation and community engagement.
A key responsibility of this role is to actively pursue a placebased globally connected agenda enhancing the Schools visibility and interdisciplinary connections. Developing relationships with research agencies government business and the community youll be instrumental in growing and managing the Schools resources. Youll contribute to curriculum renewal and delivery of innovative teaching programs that attract new cohorts of local and international students.
We are seeking a leader who is not only strategic but also peoplefocused. You will inspire and motivate staff fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages excellence and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the School forward ensuring it remains at the forefront of scientific research and education.
