Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Lighting Pole and High Mast segment.
Identify new business opportunities key clients government tenders EPC projects and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in government bodies contractors consultants and corporates.
Lead the entire business development cycle from lead generation technical discussion pricing negotiation and order closure.
Coordinate with the Design Estimation and Project teams to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor mapping.
Prepare and present MIS reports business forecasts and performance updates to top management.
Participate in exhibitions trade fairs and client meetings across regions
