THE POSITION

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities perfect for an individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys a handson approach to problemsolving. You will juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service all while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of schemes alongside an assistant
  • Attending meetings taking minutes managing relationships with committees
  • Offering expert advice to both clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing budgets
  • Reviewing financial statements
  • Managing arrears
  • Resolving any disputes that may arise

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience within the body corporate/strata industry real estate or facilities management
  • A strong passion for customer service and a drive to deliver highquality results
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to attend meetings take accurate minutes and liaise effectively with clients and committees
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Experience in financial management including preparing and reviewing budgets financials and arrears management
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve goals and exceed expectations
