What You Will Be Doing:
- Successfully completing a sixmonth entry level training program that involves inperson virtual and online courses and supervised and mentored work in the field.
- Performing mentored service calls project tasks and associated documentation in a timely manner.
- Performing mentored changes in programming.
- Terminating cabling in various field locations under mentorship.
- Performing mentored onsite installations repair maintenance and testing of system components.
- Educating customers on the correct use and upkeep of their product under mentorship.
- Providing mentored training to customers or enduser personnel on the operation and maintenance of systems.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving issues under mentorship.
- Handling basic customer issues under mentorship and referring more complex issues to higherlevel staff.
- Establishing building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members throughout the apprenticeship.
- Communicating all progress/changes to the customers the company and the technical staff.
- Coordinating the shipping of project equipment.
- Acquiring and maintaining required certifications.
Requirements for Success:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer fundamentals to include hardware vs. software keyboard use downloading uploading and saving data sending and receiving emails basic word processing and general web browsing.
- Strong and attentive customer service skills.
- Problem identification and resolution skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional reliable highly organized and punctual.
- Ability to successfully complete the entry level training program.
- Ability to demonstrate Roncos Values.
- No previous field technician experience is required.
- Maintains a clean driving record.
