Job Description
A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer (Machine) to be based at their Melaka office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for machine-related issues and play a critical part in ensuring optimal machine performance through technical support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first responder for all machine-related matters including installation troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive machine training (operation maintenance and basic applications)
- Guide customers on maximizing the use of machine functionalities to achieve optimal performance
- Plan schedule and execute continuous improvement activities including MTBA/OEE enhancement error reduction and preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Electronic or other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical or engineering role; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
