Job Description
Position
We are seeking a Copier Technician to join our service team in San Diego CA.
If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking we want to talk to you! We are looking for experienced technicians but are also willing to train the right person for entry-level roles.
Essential Job Duties

Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers printers fax machines etc.)

Providing high-quality technical support to customers

Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction

Developing solutions for unusual or complex problems

Managing time resources and territory efficiently
Qualifications

Mechanical and electrical aptitude

Experience or training with equipment from manufacturers such as Canon Ricoh HP Xerox etc. is a plus

Strong computer knowledge
