Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Position: Parts Administrator vehicle/truck

Ref: 4761

Location: PE/Geberha (Markman)

Salary: R15000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of Matric

Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Relevant parts administration experience in vehicle or truck parts

Excel experience essential

Pastel Evolution experience highly advantageous

Must have experience in stock taking and knowledge of truck parts

Key Performance Areas:

Bin management and firstpick on service parts

Issue and control oil

Handle warranty claims

Handle stock issues and returns (supplier and workshop)

Investigate any variances

Conduct daily cycle counts and annual stock take

Maintain stock levels at all times

Handle stock transfers transfer requests and issues

Acquire stock on buyout items

Conduct daily followups on backorders

Maintain service levels

Maintain fleet knowledge

Ensure standards of health and safety are maintained
