Trade Advisory Lead TCRS#4431
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
The Trade Advisory Lead will drive the expansion Duty Drawback and other trade advisory services to help companies redefine how they approach global trade through data driven technical solutions.
The position is with a startup firm based in the San Francisco Bay area.
EXPECTATIONS
In depth knowledge of Duty Drawback processes across multiple industries
Lead and scale trade advisory service offerings through technical innovation
Drive strategic partnerships with customers to understand their product needs
Establish and maintain industry relationships to support best in class practices
Stay informed on current global import and export regulations shifts
Ability to translate complex trade regulations into operational solutions
Implement technology solutions to meet customer and industry requirements
Project management experience developing iterative workflow solutions
ESSENTIALS
5 10 years experience with trade compliance regulations and Duty Drawback
Licensed Customs Broker
Operational knowledge of HTS Valuation COO FTA ECCN AD/CVD etc
Bachelors Degree preferred
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Passionate about driving technology applications in trade compliance
Adaptable selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity
