Job Description
Allied Reliability is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Team Leader for food and beverage packaging Bilingual Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team ensuring efficient operation of the shift and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key tasks include scheduling training team members monitoring production output and addressing any issues that arise during the shift. Collaboration with other shift leaders and departments to ensure seamless operation and adherence to company policies is essential.
Qualifications- Team leadership management and scheduling skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience with industrial safety and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications are a plus
