Role description:
Enterprise AM
Mid to senior role
Manages 1015 strategic enterprise accounts
Total patch value: $1.5M ARR
Portfolio includes top clients: Heinz ECE Group VKB
Target: Net MRR (includes upsell and churn)
Annual growth target 30
$1M earlystage pipeline in place already!
Deal sizes: $520K MRR (upsells)
Sales cycle includes active and organic expansion
Stakeholders: Project development asset management departments
Close collaboration with Clevel (CEO CPO) marketing and product
Paid and measured quarterly

Must haves:
Native German speaker
At least 3 years in B2B SaaS in a closing or farming role
High drive and motivation
Comfort and experience engaging large enterprise stakeholders
Strong understanding of complexity/politics in 1K FTE organisations
Either sales background or real estate background (preferably both)
Nice to haves:
Startup/scaleup experience
Experience working in small teams
Comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond strict role definition
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Preferred: 120K OTE 65/35 split)
Can go up to 150K for strong profiles
Accelerators above 100
