We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager – Business Development Channel
Location: Sakinaka Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 years (with 4 years in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services/MFI)

What You’ll Do
Design and drive endtoend hiring strategies
Lead bulk hiring efforts in the financial sector
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Collaborate closely with business leaders to align talent needs with growth plans
Mentor and manage a highperforming TA team
Leverage data and market insights to optimize recruitment efforts
What We’re Looking For
Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resources
8–10 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in NBFC/Banking/MFI
Proven experience in volume hiring and stakeholder management
Strong grasp of ATS systems recruitment platforms and social sourcing
