RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the real estate sector.
Lead talent acquisition onboarding and retention of real estate agents and administrative staff. Oversee agent performance management commission structures and compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations addressing concerns while fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with real estate employment regulations and industry best practices.
Develop training and development programs to enhance agent and employee performance.
Administer payroll benefits and performance review systems specific to the real estate workforce.
Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of real estate employment models agent management and commission structures.
Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent in a salesdriven environment.
Excellent leadership communication and conflictresolution skills.
Experience with HR software payroll systems and real estate compliance requirements
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
