Your Duties:
* Managing the successful delivery of installations (public health ventilation low temperature hot water/chilled water and air conditioning systems)
* Working on commercial projects valued between 500k 1.5m
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard.
* Overseeing staff including subcontractors
Requirements
* Experience managing projects with a technical background in plumbing/pipe fitting
* Used to working in the commercial/retail space on projects ranging in value and sizes
* Experience managing subcontractors and employees through projects
* Able to commute to Basildon
