Job Description
As a Purchasing Reporting Intern you will play a pivotal role in our organizations journey toward datadriven excellence to elevate our reporting processes break down data silos and empower strategic decisionmaking.
Reporting to the Purchasing Excellence Project Leader youll collaborate closely with the Purchasing Data Owners.
Your internship mission will be to assist in defining and deploying the right reporting to improve the purchasing department monitoring and performance.
Your main activities will be:
Engage proactively with the purchasing community to deploy existing reports their usage and identify areas for improvement.
Work with Group Reporting Center of Excellence to build the necessary reports
Performance the first testings after having set the scripts
Organize the UAT with the users
Communicate to the community and deploy trainings
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Purchasing Finance Controlling Economics Engineering or Data Sciences (or related fields).

Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess data and identify trends.
ProccessOriented: Ability to understand visualize and sketch the flow and steps of an activity/proccess.
Communication Skills: Effective communication for liaising with stakeholders.
Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work as part of a team.
ProblemSolving: Proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Interest in Digitalization: Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance processes.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of purchasing.
Knowhow:
Knowledge of Excel (advanced) data mindset writing skills.
English: Fluent (working language).
SQL Python Power BI: Familiarity is a plus.
Additional Information :
Location : Cluses (HauteSavoie France)
Duration of internship : 6 months
Benefits : telecommuting CSE company restaurant integration into a community of around a hundred interns and apprentices and participation in events dedicated to the community.
