The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 5 to support the 767 Executive Leadership team in Everett Washington.
This role will require attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with others. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and analytical skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Trains less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system.
Leads teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Analyzes and interprets data.
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
Leads organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
Works under consultative direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience with data analysis.
3 years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs.
3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
3 years of experience in collaborative problem solving building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System).
