About the Position

Salary/Pay:$90000$120000
Responsibilities:
Design and lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement satisfaction and development aligning efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive training onboarding and career development programs utilizing digital tools like LMS to support skillbuilding leadership growth and longterm retention.
Manage grantfunded workforce programs internships and apprenticeships in collaboration with leadership to support talent pipeline growth and community workforce development.
Provide coaching and operational HR support to leaders and staff supervise HR Specialists and ensure compliance and effective performance management practices.
Drive datainformed retention strategies through stay/exit interviews pulse surveys and engagement analytics continuously fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
