Requirements
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Preferably experienced HR Business Partner with at least 8 years of corporate experience.
Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into practical HR solutions overseeing HR projects from planning through execution and ongoing improvement and leading the people-related components of change initiatives.
Well-versed in regulations and employment laws.
Hands-on experience with HR technology systems and platforms.
Extensive knowledge across key HR functions including talent acquisition and development employee retention employee relations organizational effectiveness compensation and diversity and inclusion.
In-depth practical knowledge of legal frameworks relevant awards and enterprise agreements with a proven track record of leading negotiations when required.
Proficient in coaching and counselling with a strong ability to cultivate a high-performing diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
