- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.
- Contribute and implement global HR strategies within your area to cultivate a high-performance culture by focusing on talent development coaching and performance management Provide expert advice on organizational design workforce planning and team dynamics to ensure scalable growth.

- You are skilled in aligning HR initiatives with business goals and have a proven track record of driving organizational success.
- You excel at managing end-to-end HR processes and have a strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- You are adept at change management organizational design and fostering team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- You are data-driven with experience analyzing HR metrics and using insights to drive decisions.
- You thrive in a results-oriented culture and are passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- You are fluent in French & English.
