What Youll Do:
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager youll be at the heart of our customer service efforts supporting Account Managers and ensuring we deliver topnotch service to retain our clients. Your daytoday will involve:
- Quoting binding issuing policies and handling endorsements and certificates
- Spotting opportunities to expand client accounts and recommending relevant coverage
- Working closely with producers and a seasoned service team to provide seamless service
- Building professional relationships and cultivating toptier customer service skills
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 years working in an independent brokerage or agency.
- Licensing: Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Skills: Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as EPIC or AMS360.
- Mindset: A collaborative spirit and the ability to think independently when problemsolving.
- ServiceOriented: Experience engaging with clients directly and the ability to spot opportunities for coverage enhancements.
Requirements:
- Teamwork: Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in data entry and online quoting tools.
- ClientFocused: Proven ability to engage with customers delivering facetoface service when needed.
- Bonus Points: While a college degree is preferred its not a dealbreaker if you have the experience and passion.
