Job Description
Play an essential role in supporting highimpact HR work. As the People Performance & Culture Generalist youll contribute to initiatives across performance learning policy and organisational development. This role blends daytoday operational support with projectbased work giving you the opportunity to improve processes enhance systems and collaborate with teams across the business.
In this role you will;
- Support the delivery of HR services across performance learning and policy
- Coordinate and maintain HR processes systems and documentation
- Assist with projects focused on process and systems improvement
- Manage confidential employee data and maintain data integrity
- Support People & Culture team collaboration across multiple functions
What youll bring;
- Completion or final year of HRrelated tertiary qualification
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS/ATS (PageUp ConnX SharePoint) highly regarded
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and interest in systems and tech
- A proactive adaptable and emotionally intelligent mindset
