Our client a wellestablished property management organization in San Francisco is looking to hire two Bilingual Property Coordinators (Spanish or Mandarin speaking) on a temporarytohire basis. No property management experience is requiredjust bring your positive attitude strong customer service skills and eagerness to learn!
What Youll Do:
- Assist with the leasing process from application through movein
- Collect rent and other payments process bank deposits and issue receipts
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Enter and manage data in accounts receivable ledgers
- Support daily property operations and administrative functions
- May work occasional evenings/weekends based on property needs
What Were Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (required)
- At least 2 years of administrative accounting or customer service experience
- Friendly professional and highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a positive cando attitude
Pay Rate:
$23$26 per hour (depending on experience)
