Supported by a Leasing and Inspection Officer you will take on a relationship management role that includes traditional residential tenancies as well as micro managements/rooming accommodation for corporate clientele.
Joining a fun and sociable team with a modern approach to work you will receive ongoing training to enhance your skills to best service your tenants landlords and business clients. Working within a progressive company ongoing career progression is expected.
Requirements
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Positive upbeat sociable personality
- Strong with systems and processes
- Own car and driving license
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience within rooming accommodation highly regarding but not essential
- Career focused - Keen to progress within a growing business
