Job Description:
Step into the exciting world of hospitality as the primary point of contact for guests and the operational hub for property management activities. This dynamic full-time remote role puts you at the center of guest relations where you ll ensure smooth arrivals resolve challenges with creativity and professionalism and coordinate with local teams to maintain pristine property standards. You ll be the voice of the company handling real-time communications through professional phone systems while managing the complete guest journey from booking to checkout.
Responsibilities: - Serve as primary guest liaison handling all correspondence and communication across multiple platforms
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional experiences
- Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs with local service teams
- Manage cleaning schedules and property preparation between guest stays
- Handle incoming calls through professional Vonage phone system with dedicated extension
- Oversee guest arrivals departures and check-in processes for seamless transitions
- Support comprehensive property management operations across Airbnb VRBO and other platforms
- Provide weekend coverage during peak guest activity periods
Requirements
- Experience in property management hospitality or customer service industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle challenging situations professionally

- Familiarity with Airbnb VRBO or similar vacation rental platforms preferred
