Description

The County of Yolo is recruiting to fill one 1 regular fulltime position in the class of Fiscal Administrative Officer. The position exists with the Department of Community Services.

The Position
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leadership mentoring working with diverse teams as well as experience working with program subject matter experts that do not have a fiscal background. Someone that can produce results quickly in a fastpaced environment without sacrificing accuracy. Strong written and verbal communications skills are necessary such as boiling complex data down into easily understandable information and visual aids. The ideal candidate will have the ability to guide any interfaces/system change discussions for the fiscal division. Additionally someone who can lead and inform staff on how improvements can be made or suggestions for utilizing tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
