- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse candidates and clients (Mandatory skill).
- Strong problemsolving capabilities to identify challenges and derive practical solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet pressing deadlines (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team ensuring smooth recruitment processes.
- Adaptability to accept changes and evolve with industry trends and recruitment methodologies.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Basic computer skills to efficiently operate recruitment software and maintain databases.
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of talent acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse talent pool.
- Screen and evaluate potential candidates to match them with client needs and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers facilitating successful meetings.
- Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring accurate and accessible information.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to refine strategies and improve recruitment processes.
- Engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements and business goals.
- Uphold company values and ensure a high standard of recruitment practice and service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share insights for future developments.
