We are looking for a new Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in one of our growing communities from Iasi Brasov or Timisoara. The colleague will play a crucial role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals who will drive our organizations success.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Impact
Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and hiring needs. Drive scalable recruitment processes that support organizational growth and talent acquisition goals.
2. Market Insights & Proactive Hiring Strategies
Leverage market research and talent mapping to understand hiring trends and IT talent pools. Use these insights to proactively adjust strategies and address hiring challenges.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
Own the full-cycle recruitment process from role scoping and candidate sourcing to competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation. Ensure seamless execution and compliance with best hiring practices.
4. Candidate Pipeline Development & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Utilize creative sourcing techniques and talent networks to attract top-tier talent.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define job requirements selection criteria and hiring expectations. Provide data-driven insights and consultation to improve decision-making.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Regularly review recruitment processes and candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative recruitment solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
