HR Clerk Kraft Heinz Mason City IA Plant
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an HR Clerk to work at our production facility in Mason City IA. The role of the HR Clerk is to provide HRrelated support to all functions in the plant. This position will be responsible for hourly recruiting onboarding Engagement/People Committee participation and other HR administrative duties. We value strong communication interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone willing to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment. The candidate will excel with forwardpositive thinking and creativity.
Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to
- Manage the hourly recruiting process
- Help facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process for hourly employees
- Participate in People Committee and assist with People Committee initiatives community events etc.
- Be a resource for all plant employees on HRrelated topics
- Assist with communications and maintaining bulletin boards Bright Signs TVs etc.
- Coordinate recognition programs and communications
- Effectively communicate policies and regulations to gain support and understanding
- Track and maintain data and records for the HR department
- Responsible for other duties assigned by the manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 12 years of Human Resource experience
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week/8 hours daily/5 days per week
- Overtime required as needed.
- Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts needed.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to manage multiple processes and projects with minimal direction.
- Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Starting Rate $25.33/hr

- Plant runs 24 hours a day / 7 days per week. This continuous process is supported by four shift teams with over 200 employees.
