Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to join the opening team at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. In this key role you will shape and drive the hotels people strategychampioning a positive workplace culture leading recruitment and onboarding efforts and ensuring all HR practices reflect Marriotts standards. This is a unique opportunity to build an inspiring work environment from the ground up and make a lasting impact as part of an exciting new chapter in Vilnius hospitality.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle to ensure a smooth and engaging start for all new team members.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support performance management processes in line with Marriott values.
  • Ensure full compliance with Lithuanian labor legislation and Marriotts HR standards and policies.
  • Plan and coordinate training employee engagement and development initiatives to support team growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate regular HR reports.
  • Oversee payroll coordination in collaboration with Finance.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to support efficient and data-driven HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Solid understanding of Lithuanian labor laws and contemporary HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English both spoken and written.

Salary: 2600 - 2900 EUR GROSS per month
