Job Description
Join our team as a Human Resources Apprentice!
Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Groups headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92) in the south of Paris France you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to various HR initiatives including employer branding diversity & inclusion and employee well-being.
- Assist in organizing training sessions updating employee training records and liaising with training organizations.
- Help track key HR indicators related to recruitment training and employee engagement.
- Participate in updating job descriptions maintaining HR records and assisting in various administrative tasks.
- Post job offers review applications coordinate interviews and assist in follow-ups with candidates.
- Help ensure a smooth integration for new employees by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating with teams.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in a Masters degree (BAC4/5) in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and propose new ideas.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Previous HR experience or internships are a plus but not required.
