Position: HR Executive

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records leave and attendance
- Handle onboarding documentation and exit formalities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and close hiring requirements
- Support HR operations including offer letters documentation and compliance
- Conduct employee inductions and assist with training initiatives
- Drive performance review cycles and ensure KRA tracking
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR policies and act as the go-to person for employee queries
- Training and development
Run brief Induction modules for new joiners on Policies Role and reporting and key result areas
Own and drive the Training and development initiatives for the year in coordination with the team
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
- 2 years of experience in the advertising services industry
