Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
2. Masters Degree preferred
3. At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required
4. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques review techniques; training methods.
5. Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
6. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $97760.00 to $136489.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
