Student Worker Summer Camps/Conferences Event Lead
Number of Openings: 2
Purpose/Objective of the Role:
Lead Staff are often the first person a guest comes in contact with while oncampus attending a summer camp or conference. A Lead Staffs primary responsibility is to provide efficient and quality hospitality and customer service to our guests.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Serve as livein campus liaison for assigned summer camp/conference groups serving as oncall Point of Contact.
- Checkin regularly with assigned group leaders; providing exceptional customer service and hospitality in response to group requests concerns and questions.
- Lead or assist with group checkin and checkout processes including key inventory and residence hall room checks.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OWU Campus facilities policies and resources.
- Positive accommodating attitude with a commitment to hospitality and customer service.
- Punctual detailoriented and organized.
- Able to work both independently and with others.
