Job Title: Food Service Attendant Shift/Schedule: 11am-7:30pm rotating every other weekend JOB REQUIREMENTS: - HS Diploma/GED - 6 Months of experience JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Retrieves soiled items from production area. 2. Uses proper sanitary technique for equipment and items cleaned. 3. Fills up dish/pot machine after scrapping. Uses disposal appropriately. 4. Uses mop and bucket to keep area clean and dry throughout day. 5. Picks up trash from all production areas. 6. Cleans and rinses garbage cans. 7. Takes trash to dumpster timely. 8. Retrieves soiled items from cafeteria line during meals and washes. 9. Picks up and cleans floor mats. Sweep and mop all floors in production areas. 10. Ensures work area is clean and clear of soiled items at end of shift. 11. Communicates with supervisors and director regarding work related issues in a timely manner. 12. Complies with BMH Food & Nutrition department dress code. 13. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. The organization reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
