Role Summary
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Strategy & Operations you will work directly with the leadership team to solve complex business challenges bring structure to ambiguity and drive highimpact initiatives.

If you have experience in consulting scaling startups or working closely with founders this role offers a unique opportunity to shape key business functions and accelerate Sprintos growth. Depending on the initiatives scope you will lead multiple initiatives either independently as an individual contributor (IC) or as a team manager.
What are the key responsibilities of the role
Tackle HighPriority Challenges: Break down ambiguous problems into structured actionable initiatives and drive highquality outcomes.
Experiment & Execute: Generate bold growth ideas test rapidly validate findings and scale successful initiatives.
Support Strategic Decisions with Data: Conduct highquality quantitative and qualitative research leveraging data modeling to drive evidencebacked leadership decisions when required.
Lead CrossFunctional Projects: Own and drive initiatives that impact revenue efficiency and scalability across key functions.
Offer Clear Logical Insights: Provide quick mature and wellreasoned perspectives in highpressure situations.
Optimize & Automate: Identify bottlenecks improve processes and implement automation to enhance business performance.
What are the key requirements of the role
Either of the following experiences
1. 2 to 4 years postMBA at McKinsey BCG Bain or ATK OR
2. 2 or more years in global consulting plus 2 or more years in a Founders Office at a Series B SaaScompany OR
3. 2 or more years as Chief of Staff to a Unicorn founder.
Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguitytaking loosely defined problems and turning them into clear plans.
Strong analytical skills financial modeling and datadriven decisionmaking.
Creative problemsolver who can think beyond standard playbooks.
High bias for actionsomeone who moves fast iterates quickly and gets things done independently without requiring constant direction.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally.
