Job Description

Although Hajoca is a large company we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations called Profit Centers (PCs) is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. A typicalProfit Centeris the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse counter sales office and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business underunique trade namesand offer a customized business approach honoring whats special about each local marketplace.


Gorman Company is one of those trade names and is looking for a Sales & Leadership Trainee Swimming Poolsat their Stuart FLlocation.

Sales & Leadership Trainee Swimming Pools

Gorman Company Stuart is looking for qualified candidates to join our Sales and Leadership Trainee Swimming Poola Program and pursue a longterm career in sales. We will invest in a candidates future by providing a multiyear development program that exposes them to all aspects of our sales departments. During the program we will work in a structured thorough manner to develop an aligned understanding of their skill sets and longterm career desires.

We will allow them the freedom to live into their dream by matching their passion skill set and longterm goals with our needs. Upon completion of the program we can provide long term opportunities in sales (counter inside showroom outside).

During the rotational program trainees are given guidance in all of our sales departments including counter sales inside sales and outside sales. Learning occurs primarily through onthejob experience and is supplemented with coaching from experienced managers book and computer courses and visits with customers and vendors.

Outside Sales

All interested applicants must possess:
25 years experience in the swimming pool field or retail/wholesale

Ability to communicate in English (orally and written) in both group and oneonone situations

Ability to quickly adapt and react to changes within the work environment

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
