Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships identifying client needs providing personalized financial advice promoting banking products and ensuring client satisfaction on a daytoday basis.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. WPPE & AAJI) are a plus
- Candidates with Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage
