We are looking for two talented and creative Finance Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content have a flair for storytelling and enjoy working remotely we want to hear from you!
Tasks
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Own monthly financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage company payments payroll coordination and invoicing processes.
- Liaise with external accountants auditors and tax advisors.
- Improve and maintain financial systems and controls as the company grows.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in finance accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g. Xero QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
