Job Description

Matric A N qualification
Microsoft certification MS 365 MCSE MCSA Cybersecurity Azure)
Relevant IT certification or diploma (advantageous)
3yrs experience essential
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies
Basic understanding of network protocols TCP/IP DNS (Domain Name System) DHCP and VPN
Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Strong Microsoft Windows operating systems experience (Windows Server)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop products including Office Office 365 particularly Outlook SharePoint OneDrive and Teams
Experience working with and setting up laptops desktops and printers
Good understanding of systems and network security (Vlan Routing)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in English & Communications
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Ability to travel if need arises
Valid drivers licence
Salary Negotiable based on experience
