What Youll Do
Provide 1st line IT support directly to SMB clients no ticketing system direct contact
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site and remotely (Windows clients servers Exchange Hyper-V)
Maintain and monitor client infrastructure: servers switches networks
Install configure and support hardware/software
Lead server migrations network setup and ongoing infrastructure monitoring
Build long-term trust-based customer relationships with empathy and professionalism
What Youll Have
Completed IT vocational training (e.g. Fachinformatiker) or equivalent experience
Solid skills with Windows Server () Exchange Server Hyper-V Active Directory
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 clients DNS VLANs LAG switch stacking Microsoft Office
High service orientation reliability and ability to work independently
Valid drivers license (Class B)
Language skills: German (C1) English (B1B2)
Nice to have: Microsoft SQL Server firewall config IT security basics project experience in server infrastructure
