You will collaborate closely with leadership and all departments to create an engaging inclusive and highperforming work environment. As the sole operational HR contact you will oversee all aspects of the employee experience from onboarding to payroll and development.

Your responsibilities
Administrative HR:Handle preparatory payroll tasks; a tax office executes final payroll
Manage contracts employee records and legal compliance
Onboarding:Organize and conduct onboarding to ensure smooth employee integration into the company
Employee Development:Establish feedback structures support managers in team development and foster continuous professional growth
Recruiting:Own the full hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to hiring ensuring top talent acquisition and retention
Feel Good Management:Plan events promote engagement and be the goto person for employee wellbeing
HR Setup & Growth:Strategically build and adapt HR structures ensuring scalable processes and policies that support company growth
Independent Responsibility: Own the entire HR function ensuring efficient and effective processes as the sole operational HR professional.
About you
Experience:At least 5 years of experience in HR with a broad understanding of diverse HR topics; ideally gained in startups or scaleups ofvarious sizes
Expertise:Proven experience in People Operations managing feedback cycles and building HR structures in a growing company
Work Style:Selfreliant proactive and able toensure a steady employee experience in a dynamic environment.
Mindset:Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and openness tonew technologies
