Key Requirements:

* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HR software digital tools and systems
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proven ability in talent acquisition employee relations and retention strategies
* Ability to develop and implement training programs including quarterly skill development and leadership initiatives
* Skilled in planning and organizing company events and retreats
* Experience in building and managing an intern program
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
* Proactive adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Technical Proficiency:
* HR software and platforms (e.g. BambooHR Workday or similar)
* Microsoft Office Google Suite
* Familiar with virtual training tools and platforms for employee development
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Build and implement HR processes and systems from scratch including talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement
* Oversee recruitment onboarding and talent management strategies for the company
* Plan and execute company-wide retreats and team-building events
* Develop and implement an intern program to attract engage and retain top talent
* Design and execute quarterly training programs including leadership development and skill-building sessions
* Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and maintain records for audits
