Position Overview:

As the Executive Housekeeper you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team of 50 setting new standards in luxury hospitality across guest rooms public areas banqueting facilities and the wider estate. There is a brilliant and stable Housekeeping team in place along with outstanding Leaders & Managers across the entire hotel operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Inspiration:Motivate and manage a highperforming housekeeping team fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
- Strategic Operations:Develop and implement innovative housekeeping strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain 5star standards.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
- Guest Experience:Ensure every guest enjoys a pristine luxurious environment that exceeds their expectations.
