Resolve 100% of networking and IT issues within 1 business day.
Enroll all new employees into the attendance system on their first working day.
Ensure 100% internet uptime and conduct regular system monitoring.
Set up and configure workstations 1 day prior to onboarding.
Perform bi-weekly hardware checks and ensure timely software installations.
Network & System Security:
Conduct IT orientation for all new employees.
Execute all planned upgrades and maintenance with zero disruption.
Troubleshoot and resolve 95% of user issues within 4 hours.
Maintain accurate IT equipment repair and maintenance logs.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Resolve equipment shortages within 2 working days.
Implement and manage quarterly IT purchase plans.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Review and approve procurement requests on the same day.
Evaluate new suppliers quarterly for cost-effective solutions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
1 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or executive role.
Strong knowledge of networking troubleshooting and system setup.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with attendance/HRIS systems and asset management.
Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor evaluation processes.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
