Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building.
- Handle client concerns and escalations with promptness and professionalism.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention through service excellence.
- Provide timely issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliver
Qualifications:
- Candidates with relevant experience in client handling customer service or CRM will be preferred.
- Fresh MBA Graduates (Marketing/HR) are welcome to apply especially those keen to grow in a B2B business environment.
- Must have a willingness to travel for client meetings and relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills along with analytical thinking and business acumen.
- A pro-active mindset with a passion for achieving business targets and delighting clients.
