Job Description

Are you excited by the idea of turning rooftops into clean energy hubs Want to help bring solar and sustainable tech into apartment buildings across Germany Join a mission-driven startup building the next big thing in climate tech for real re rethinking how energy works in multi-family buildings and we need a founding sales hire to help us scale. With new legislation making it easier than ever to install solar batteries EV charging and more in apartment blocks we re creating the platform that makes it all work.

Requirements

What Youll Do

Youll work side-by-side with the founders and be a core driver of growth:

  • Own and convert inbound leads from discovery call to contract signing
  • Test and refine outbound campaigns (LinkedIn email) targeting key multipliers like energy consultants and property developers
  • Continuously improve our sales process (from CRM to pitch materials)
  • Bring customer insights back into the team to shape the product and experience
  • Help lay the foundations for our future sales team and GTM strategy

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in B2B Sales Business Development or similar roles
  • Ideally worked in climate tech real estate energy or SaaS
  • Fluent in German (C2) and comfortable with complex product discussions
  • Resilient curious and proactive you thrive on ownership and learning fast
  • Excited to work in-person with a tight-knit team in Berlin (or open to relocating)
