Responsibilities
- Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration
- Assist with VPN client configuration
Skills
- Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Basic Knowledge of OSX
Requirements
- CompTIA A and Network are a plus
- CompTIA A required after 90 days of employment
- Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software
- Any other industry standard certifications
- Valid drivers license and personal car
- Background check and preemployment screening
- Possibility of onsite work when oncall
