Responsibilities

  • Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration
  • Assist with VPN client configuration

Skills

  • Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Basic Knowledge of OSX

Requirements

  • CompTIA A and Network are a plus
  • CompTIA A required after 90 days of employment
  • Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software
  • Any other industry standard certifications
  • Valid drivers license and personal car
  • Background check and preemployment screening
  • Possibility of onsite work when oncall
