You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an IT Front Desk Agent youll be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to Wixs employees who need support from the IT department. This includes greeting visitors answering their questions giving them the first-tier support or directing them to the appropriate tier of support that they need. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a your day-to-day youll:
Greet and welcome visitors to the IT department
Provide first-tier technical support to Wix employees
Troubleshoot problems and escalate unresolved issues to the next tier of support
Oversee IT aspects within Wix such as computer repair formatting and reinstallation
Help walk-in employees with new and existing IT gear
Work closely with the rest of the IT department
Qualifications :
Previous IT experience
Familiarity with Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems and laptop or stationary computer hardware
Great interpersonal skills and a sense of ownership
Service orientation attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills
Mcsa/Mcse/Mcitp certification an advantage
Additional Information :
We are Wixs IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers servers hardware software and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance troubleshooting and monitoring using the newest technology for device management services Ansible and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring purchasing security incidences SLM CRM etc.
