Job Description
- Support and coordinate the preparation of compelling proposals for client tenders ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Lead the definition of the technical solution.
- Involve and guide our technical experts through the bid process.
- Track and report on the status of proposal components to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collect and analyze customer and competitor data to identify strategic opportunities.
- Track identify and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client and partners relationships to foster longterm partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals that address client needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace or a related discipline. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the aerospace sector with a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
- Proven experience in bids and proposal writing with a track record of successful submissions.
- Demonstrated ability in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering beneficial solutions.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
- Data analytics background is an asset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French German or another European language is considered an advantage.
